Saturday Rambles

So, today's been a Day. Good things--we've been doing Weight Watchers, and I have lost my first ten pounds! 10.8, total. So I am pleased. We went shopping and I got a fleece jacket, and found a lot of books I'll be getting for Christmas. Not so good things--Family Drama. I'm exhausted. Whatever. I miss my grandmother a lot right now.

I don't suppose the fact that it's coming up on the worst week of the year is helping much, but blah.

Mom and I went and saw Where the Wild Things Are in IMAX this afternoon. I wish they would've held the camera still more, because I got a little motion-sick. But anyway, Max is SO ADORABLE. Otherwise, I won't say anything about it!

And I have homework to do, but I am editing and formatting zoe_chan and my polybigbang fic tonight, since the final draft is due Sunday. We have one scene left to finish writing, but I'm not too worried. It's a fun one. ;)

Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeah, the final drafts are due October 18th. We got an extension to turn our draft in by Monday morning, so I'm thinking that will count tomorrow for final drafts too. I've been a little worried that there hasn't been any community posts about it, but the mod's been answering comments in the Info post, so I asked one myself tonight. We shall see how this goes...
