OTPs

Meme I've seen around several places:

1. Pick your 5 favorite OTP's
2. Find pictures and post them
3. Give the name of the OTP and what fandom they're from
4. List your favorite moment between them
5. Tag 5 people from your flist to do this meme

1. Ron Weasley and Hermione Granger from the Harry Potter series.

Favorite moment? Gosh, a zillion, but probably the Yule Ball incident in Book 4. "Next time, don't ask me as a last resort!" ::giggles:: He so lurves her and doesn't even know it. Silly boy. And she so loves him. I love them.

2. Remus Lupin and Sirius Black from Harry Potter.

I think my favorite moment is the end of PoA, when Remus figures out the truth and pulls Sirius up off the floor and into a hug. I also completely blame Theanna for this. I'm a total addict. In the movie, I love this scene and when Snape calls them an old married couple, and when Sirius tries to stop the transformation. SOMEONE saw the subtext in the books. ;)

3. Faramir and Eowyn from The Lord of the Rings.

::sigh:: Houses of Healing. They stood on the walls and the sun came out.

4. Scott Summers and Jean Grey from X-Men, particularly movieverse.

Um, in X-2, when Scott tells Jean that when she has nightmares, the entire bedroom shakes, and then at the end, when his mind control wears off/is broken. Also gotta love "Stay away from my girl."

5. Um, a bit of a nod to Ariel and Theanna, here. That, and narrowing my beloved pairings down to true OTPs is hard. And, well... I have to say, this IS one. Tom Paris and B'Elanna Torres from Star Trek:Voyager.

Oh, a favorite moment? Day of Honor, definitely, when B'Elanna has to be SECONDS from death before admitting she loves him... When they have a baby, or rather, when she's pregnant and the Klingons think the baby is their Messiah. heh. And I love the whole Blood Fever thing... Um... I love the peanut butter toast and the banana pancakes... and all those little in-their-room-off-duty moments... Oo, and Year of Hell!! 1940s! :D WWII!!

So, a little fun. I liked that.

Now, to bed. Happy 4th, all.
