Okay, 4 minutes in, I had already laughed AND cried.

This must mean good television.

There was NOT ONE SINGLE SCENE with Izzy that didn't make me SOB.

Seriously.

And all the flashbacks!! Brilliant!

And how did they make me not-hate McDreamy? I've spent the summer and half last season loathing him to the point of not being able to enjoy season 1, and tonight?

Hello. I think I'm torn. I love Finn. But, um... Derek's little speech? OMG cute.

When he went in with Izzy, I cried. Because it's GEORGE AND IZZY.

And all Izzy's flashbacks, with her enthusiasm and excitement and love... killed me, because she QUIT.

And ohhhh, Miranda Bailey.

How many kinds of awesome ARE you? And how much did YOU kill me? A lot.

And I officially love Callie.

Cristina, I love you SO MUCH.

And the ENDING!! Oh, Cristina and Burke BROKE me.

(Dude, why do I not have better Grey's icons? I want one of Izzy in the bathroom with either George, Cristina or Meredith--maybe Meredith holding her hand. OMG.)

I'd be more coherent and maybe I'll watch again and do commentary or something, but I'm so beyond tired. This is the latest I've been up all week. Sadly.

Oh, it's the best show EVER.

Don't exactly watch the show regularly, but I've caught a few eps - but did Izzy quit in the season premiere?? Because that's sort of bizarre, and very intriguing. *g*

No, actually, she quit at the VERY END of the season finale, which is why I spent the whole summer going "I don't CARE about Meredith and McDreamy and McVet! I want to know what happens to IZZY!" =P Her fiancee died, and it's just... Oh, that actress (Katharine Heigl) is absolutely amazing. Every scene with her in it this episode had me sobbing.

Guh. You need to watch this show like I need to watch NCIS.

They showed last season's finale last night, and I managed to remember it was on half-way through! I really like the show, honestly, I just think that I'll need to start from the beginning to truly get into it. There's so much I've missed - especially the scene in your icon, which makes me want to see it even more. =P

Grey's Anatomy is totally NCIS' sister-show, because Gibbs (the team leader) went ballistic at the end of last season when no one would listen to him and hundreds of Marines died... and he quit and moved to Mexico. So while you were going OMGwhataboutIzzy??, I was going OMGwhataboutGibbs?? (Only he's back, and pissed off, and he makes me squeal. Or he would if he'd just shave. I sort of ranted about this in a post last Tuesday, because he goes from hot to hot's grandfather. x_x)

Ahem. That show devours my brain and spills out into every corner of fandom, sorry. =)

Yes, sadly, it is one of those shows where it helps if you've seen the other episodes... fortunately, those are now on DVD. ;) (And I'm sure, online somewhere.)

That was so classic. Cristina is twenty kinds of awesome. They were sitting there at lunch and she, George and (I think) Alex had a hot dog eating contest and she totally kicked their asses. She was *nibbling* them. Meanwhile, a Serious Conversation is happening. (They were treating someone who competed in eating contests professionally.)

OMG, I saw a commercial for next week's and I thought "he should shave, but scruffy's not bad on him." >_< Oi. And EVERY TIME I see Joey Lawrence on Dancing with the Stars, I wind up screaming at my television that he needs to grow back his hair. I'd take his curly mullet, even. (I know, I know, so off topic. But not really?)

And that is what Grey's is for me. My OMGSOAWESOMEICAN'TCONTAINMYSELF fandom. ::cough::

For some reason, I always want to switch Izzy and Cristina's names. I have no idea why, but Sandra Oh (is that her name? Because I just pulled that out of nowhere) just looks more like an Izzy to me. o_O

I admit, scruffy isn't the end of the world for Mark Harmon like it would be for some men... but still. He looks decades older, and what happened to all those times he smacked Tony for even light stubble?? =(

I do not like my men with facial hair, unless it is my Sawyer. He can have all the stubble he wants. ♥

::laughs:: Sandra Oh is Cristina Yang, yes. And I'm very impressed, pulling that out of nowhere! =D Katharine Heigl is Isabel Stevens, aka Izzy.

I totally need to open up photoshop and make some more Grey's icons. hmm.

I can never keep anything important in my head, but I know the names of actresses in shows I don't watch. =P
