Roy is absolute love. Unfortunately he's scattered around a bunch of other titles and thus difficult to gather. My favorite is the 4-issue Arsenal mini by Devin Grayson. It's near impossible to find (I've tried several stores and have yet to succeed), so if you let me know the best way to get it to you guys I can send you the .cbz files. The Titans is good too (just plain The Titans, he was in almost every incarnation of the Teen Titans but the one with him and Dick in their current costumes is my favorite), and The Outsiders started out good.
