Dude, I LOVED that show.

Oh, and ABC is brilliant for airing it after Desperate Housewives, which also rocked tonight. I actually really am starting to *like* Edie, which surprises me. I hated her.

Lynette is my favorite. I can so see myself becoming her. That's sad. But, really, the way she does whatever she has to for her kids... Yeah, I'd be that mom. Heh. Bree and Gabrielle made me happy tonight... I loved that whole "Good friends... Great friends..." thing. And Lynette and Edie's post-poker conversation made me smile, and Edie's bonding with Susan was also great.

I just wanna know what's going ON! >.< This show.

But! Grey's Anatomy!

Woo! I love it. Steph and I are so hooked. I like ALL the interns, and the cute Doctor... wow. (Gabriel says he (the actor) is originally from Portland, btw, which makes me happy. Go Maine!) Steph says we need to add him to our door. I agree.

One thing PISSED me off. That black doctor... GRR!!! There is NO WAY on God's Green Earth that ANY hospital would make/let an intern inform the wife that her husband died in surgery. NO WAY. The surgeon in charge (I need to learn my medical jargon) would go. His Dr would be there. They would PROBABLY take the family into a PRIVATE AREA and have counselors on-hand.

They would definitely choose someone with established bedside manners and experience dealing with patients' families. Someone who knew the case INSIDE-OUT. And a heart by-pass? Planned in advance! Not something they do the day they decide he needs one.

AND, if you're in for a by-pass, or have a loved one in for it, you would know the risks and would probably not put much confidence in the intern who couldn't find a vein in your arm earlier and said it's his first day. A promise that everything will be okay from him would not mean much to me.

I'm sorry. Ariel, tell me about this. How would a hospital handle a death in surgery? Cause if that's how they do it, in the middle of a crowded waiting room, news delivered by an INTERN on his FIRST DAY, I'm pissed.

Okay, end rant. I still loved the show and will watch it next week.

If they continue doing things like this, though, I will continue to be annoyed.
