First--thank you everyone who commented on my last entry. You were all very helpful, and in conclusion, I am going to stop letting people-who-are-not-my-body freak me out about my body. (You would think this would have been an obvious solution in the first place, but possibly hearing the same thing a zillion times over six years or so finally got to me? OH WELL.)
Second--Dreamwidth! I has one. No codes, though, and same name there as here. Who else has one? I don't know what I'll do with it. I loves my LJ.
Third--my brother is now 22. Acts not so different than 21. Interpret as you will.

Fannish History Meme:
1. Do you remember your first ever thing you were fannish about as a wee one?
Well, I have notebooks with Donatello's name written on them inside hearts from second grade. Apparently I have always liked the geeks. And I distinctly remember writing a Mighty Ducks story in a notebook--something about Charlie being injured--IS EVERYONE SHOCKED YET? Aaaaand, well, my neighbors and I used to play "Batman House" outside everyday. Mainly because the boys and I wanted to play Batman (I was always Robin), and the other girl on our block wanted to play house. So it was very convoluted, but there you go.
...Those are all "boy" stuff. I played My Little Pony too, and RAINBOW BRITE, oh, I forgot her for a second. Now I feel better.
2. What fandom was your first (fan fic) reading fandom?
I discovered fanfiction the very first day we set up America Online at my house. ♥ I typed in Star Trek: Voyager in keywords and found a fanfic forum. So, yeah. Voyager. Oh, Tom and B'Elanna.
3. Are you very monofannish or a fickle fannish butterfly?
I tend toward pretty monofannish. I can still dabble and read in the fandoms I'm not reeeeally into at the moment, but I tend to get stuck in one fandom primarily.
4. Did you ever feel really fannish and obsessed about a tv show/movie/book, etc. but without having the desire to write/read fan fic?
Actually, yes! I absolutely adore Grey's Anatomy, Heroes and Lost, and have never cared to seek out fanfic. Oh, and House. That's not to say I wouldn't read something, but I don't go looking for it. TV fandoms are harder for me now; too much possibility for Jossing. Oh, right, that reminds me--Buffy.

5. Did you ever have a fandom that was totally ruined for you by canon and/or fandom politics?
Ummm. Not really? When Book 7 came out, I had some closure and kind of drifted from Harry Potter. OH WAIT. X-Men. X-3. GYAH. But I love that most of the fandom ignores it, so it didn't RUIN it for me. I just pretend it doesn't exist.
6. Where were you fannishly in 2003?
2003 was college, so--yeah, Harry Potter. God, I think After the End was still being updated then and I was on the Yahoo mailing list. YES, MAILING LIST. Oh, 2003.
7. Where were you fannishly in 2005?
...I think still Harry Potter. OH WAIT, I had this LJ then! ...Huh, Rent and Phantom of the Opera? Iiiiinteresting. Also Harry Potter.

Fifth--Deadliest Catch is back. I am a happy Sara.
Sixth--Have started watching Firefly. Yes, is awesome.
Seventh--I just like even numbered lists and like them better when they are multiples of five. Seven is a filler. Andaradiachiba's favorite number. ♥
Eighth--Am completely addicted to this website and the texty pictures therein.

Ninth--LEGION OF THREE WORLDS 4 ZOMG FLAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAIL! MADE OF EVERY AWESOME EVER. AND I HAVE A VERY PRETTY NEW BACKGROUND FOR MY COMPUTER, which so happens to be the same one thatxenokattz, second_batgirl and shananagin all have. Because we are that awesome.
And Tenth--ONE LAST THING: Linking to a most awesome post byselenak because everyone loves Obama, but our Secretary of State is made of win too, and Hillary Clinton kind of kicks some ass in these videos.
