The paper is DONE.

And turned in.

And the paper worth 40% of my grade that I was slaving over two weeks ago?

A.

Am relieved. This means I can safely get a C on this take-home final and still wind up with an A- or B for the course. Which will not harm my GPA. And which makes me happy because as of yet, have not had a C in my college career and not keen on starting in my last semester.

Now, all I have left is a few ten-second studies for film class and then I'm officially DONE WITH COLLEGE. (Undergrad, anyway.)

::headdesk::

For now, cranking my music and packing my room.

I got a parking spot in the lot next to my building! Wee! This means I can load as I pack! Yay!

Also, randomly, that Jergens Natural Glow moisturizer really does work... and quickly. Possibly because I might really be "fair" skinned but bought "medium." ;) But it isn't turning me orange, either! Steph uses Neutrogena's new lotion and it works really well on her, too.

I'm impressed.

AND I'm visiting my sixth graders on Friday! YAY!

It's just a good day thus far.

Thank you! :) (I never give myself enough credit. I was fairly sure that essay was not A material... although if I DO think an essay is worth an A, I inevitably get a B! ;) Heh.)

I am just Ravenclaw enough to be slightly vain about my brains. Not terribly attractive, but there you are!

Congratulations on your A!

I think I'll try that Jergens stuff, then. My mom's pure Italian, and I'm incredibly fair. It's not the sort of I-stay-inside-all-day blue-white, but even after playing softball for three hours every day for three months, I've hardly gotten any tan. I bought Neautrogena last summer, and it was rather orange and streaky. This year, it doesn't even register, no matter how much I put on.

Erm, yeah, babbling much? *headdesk* Yay for good days! I showed up today and found out our softball team was going to Cold Stone Creamery to celebrate that afternoon, which made my day pretty good as well. =)

Thanks! :)

My roommate is half-Italian, too; she's using Neutrogena's new lotion and it seems to be working. But I like the Jergens stuff. It didn't look like it did anything when I put it on, but the next morning I woke up and was tan! :) I worried it looked orange, but it was my paranoia. I'm very happy with it. (Although look out for ankles and knees and elbows! =P My right heel looks VERY interesting.)

Yeah, now who's babbling? Heh. Cold Stone Creamery sounds like a place I'd like! ;)

I plan to go out and get some tonight, if I can make myself stop being so lazy.

And you absolutely have to try Cold Stone if you're ever near one. (There's a store locator here.) It's sort of a make-your-own ice cream parlor, where you can pick exactly what you want in it. And whenever it's someones birthday or you leave a tip, the staff sings to you! =) It's outrageously overpriced, but for special occasions it's really great.
