Oh, so I have no idea when I last posted. Gah, work, you drain the life from me.
Literally--I definitely had some heat exhaustion today. Went to York's Wild Animal Kingdom today, where it was over 100 degrees with high humidity. And that place has ZERO shade, and is so tightly packed that there are precisely TWO places where a breeze might be felt--in the picnic area (where there is no shade), or in the parking lot. >_< Gah. But, saw a baby zebra. Also, had 9 five-year-olds in my group. And yet, Kids Camp had 5 each on their trip to Water Country yesterday--does this seem fair? NO!!! >_<
Whatever. Am hot and tired and cranky and still sick-ish feeling. =P
In fannish news, LOVED LOVED LOVED Deathly Hallows. I keep meaning to post about it, but have no energy. I have nothing but love and therefore scorn negativity. ;) Sparkly hearts!
Also,
femgenficathon looks to be coming along freakishly well--nearly 5,000 words!
The problem is that my main character took a look at my prompt and made a dismissing "phbbbt" noise and went running in the opposite direction.
Ah well!
I need to point the fan directly at me; it's 85 degrees IN the house currently. GAH. Have headache. Am bitchy.
