Happy Thanksgiving!

HAPPY THANKSGIVING!

I hope everyone celebrating has a wonderful day, and to my non-American friends (Hi Katt! ♥)--I will eat some turkey for you. ;) No, really, you have a wonderful day, too!

I am in a much better place this year than I was last Thanksgiving. We will always miss my grandmother, but this year it feels like we can enjoy the holidays. There is coffee and the parade and there will be turkey and cranberry sauce (that I made!) and gravy and stuffing and chocolate cream pie! And I plan on putting up the Christmas lights outside tomorrow, wee! I do love this season and I'm happy to be happy about it this year.

In other news, I am still kind of sick--stupid cough that won't quit--and I am still behind in NaNo. This cold killed me--I was behind to begin with and then I basically did nothing the week I was sickest. So now I'm in a mad scramble, and I won't let myself take down my away message on AIM until I hit at least 40k. Which is why that hasn't changed in DAYS. But I did some very intense planning last night and I'm excited about it again and I still have hope. Wish me luck!

And I point everyone who hasn't taken it to my Holiday Fic Exchange Poll. Vote! And Comment! Inquiring minds want to know! So far, it is unanimous that everyone wants Mama Llama Pajama Drama in their fics. What do we think that means?
