Hmmmm, the house smells *so* good

So, the day before Thanksgiving! Going pretty well, actually.
We went grocery shopping last night, so YAY for avoiding Black Wednesday at the grocery store. Today we did have to run in for a few last second things but it was just that, running in--so of course I ran into 4 people I know.
We went to Yankee Candle when we were getting cat food and running other assorted last minute errands (Mom took today off work) and we bought a new candle!
Pomegranite Cider--OMG YUMMY. It is the best smell to ever smell. SERIOUSLY, soooo nice.
So far today we've made Chex Mix, cranberry sauce (YAY! and no jelly stuff for US thank you, we're talking cranberries, oranges, sugar and a food processor), two batches of coffee cake (OMG YUM) and baked the pie crust for my chocolate pie.
We put on Christmas music while we baked and heeeee, it *smells* like Christmas.
I love our new candle. It's so nice.
So. I'm feeling happy and creative and holiday-ish. I should work on my novel, and I will, but in between self-sprinting?
Any prompts or ideas for drabble-type-things on a holiday theme? Can't promise what I might come up with, but give me an object or an idea and I may well play around with it. =D
ETA, 6:30 pm: Playing around on the interweb and ZOMG I *love* my fandom. They are good peoples and if I could have, I would have helped but WOW. YAY fandom!
Also--Will drabble for prompts, f-list. ;)
